Community parks are larger parks providing active and structured recreation activities for youth and adults. Generally they are designed for organized activities, sports and larger group functions. The City of Yuba City is proud to offer three beautiful Community Parks:

Sam Brannan Park
806 Gray Avenue: Large covered group picnic area (12 tables/large BBQ), four table/double BBQ areas, two tables/single BBQ areas and single tables, large children's and tot lot playground equipment, restroom, 2 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, large open play area, and skate park.

Blackburn-Talley Sports Complex
300 Burns Drive: Softball complex - three lighted softball fields, picnic tables, children's playground equipment, and two concrete full basketball courts.

Gauche Aquatic Park
The Gauche Aquatic Park Features: a 10,000 sq. foot building with enclosed reception area, first aid station, multipurpose rooms, men and women's locker areas and concession area. And, a 25 yard x 25 yard - 10 lap competitive pool; a pool that goes from zero to three feet with a "spray ground" and a 25 foot state-of-the-art water slide*.
Visit the beautiful Gauche Park with expanded picnic and barbecue facilities, passive areas, climbing boulders, horseshoe pits, play structures for 2 to 5 year old children and 6 to 12 year old youth, and a small stage.
Children 10 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a supervisor 16 or older to enter the Aquatic Park. This is a tobacco-free park.

Didar S. Bains Park
1340 Harter Parkway: Two large covered group picnic areas, large children's and tot lot playground equipment, restroom, corn hole boards, ping pong table, fitness area, full court basketball court, large open play area, disc golf baskets, bike park, continuous walking path.
