NEW!  Caregiver Support Group
Every 4th Thursday of the month @ 2pm

Walking in the Fog

Is a group that hopes to support caregivers.

You are a caregiver if you are involved in assisting others

with activities of daily living and/or medical tasks

whether paid or unpaid.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE…

Approximately 43.5 million Americans were caregivers last year.

WHAT TO EXPECT…

Caregiving can cause stress in many ways.

TLC Specialists, Jody Kubis and Pam Epley are skilled supporters of those who grieve losses.

They hope to provide you with the space and time to care for yourself with others who are also caregivers.

WE KNOW YOU DON’T HAVE TIME…

Making time for yourself as a caregiver can feel impossible.

We invite you to find respite and relief during this monthly support group.

*The group will meet every 4th Thursday of the month at 2 pm at the Senior Center.

Support group facilitated by Freedom Home Health & Hospice

Home Health Workshop

Presented by Freedom Home Health & Hospice

Freedom Home Health and Hospice will be at the Senior Center offering a Mini-Mental and Timed Get-Up and Go Testing. This workshop is open to everyone. If you or a loved one seem to be forgetting things lately then a Mini- Mental test may help identify the problem. Maybe you or a loved one are having problems walking? Let’s do a timed Get-Up and Go Test. Both tests only take a few minutes and then you’ll discuss what process you will need to take from that point forward.
