Come join Beth and your fellow seniors for some fun-filled cardio! Great way to be active, get your blood flowing and heart rate up.

Somatic Movement Therapy 

Somatic Movements gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints. This will help improve management of chronic pain, stress, relieve back pain, breathe more freely, soften stiff neck and shoulders, reduce joint and nerve discomfort, improve flexibility and coordination, and speed recuperation after illness or surgery.



T'ai Chi

Come join Gretchen in a series of gentle movements to create a meditative form of exercise to enhance physical and spiritual health benefits.
